Shift is a committee of ArcelorMittal Dofasco volunteers who help new employees and those under the age of 40 network through events that entertain and/or teach.
The Shift Speaker Series is part of our professional development mandate and runs throughout March in the Main Office. Because our company is large, the variety of interests and functions within the organization are too many to list. So, instead of bringing you a one-size fits all professional development event, we’re holding several lunch ‘n’ learn sessions that we hope will round employee’s understanding of how the company operates.
The Shift Speaker Series runs Tuesday’s from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. See below for next week’s event and register fast!
Note: The Shift speaker series is limited to employees of ArcelorMittal Dofasco
How does our business work anyway? EBITDA, cost-price squeeze, service centres, OEMs…what?
This is our business explained – for dummies (don’t worry, you’re not alone).
